Nasma lives with her parents who have 7 children. Three of her sisters didn't complete secondary school and are now married. Her parents are farmers: they grow tomatoes to sell at the market. She went to Nduruma primary to class 4 and went to restart class 2 at Nalopa primary where she showed great performance which influenced her sponsorship to class 7. Nasma is in the top division of her class.
